There are two types of user-submitted information we collect: Public and Private. 2) How do We use your Info
Information users submit
Public: Public information supplied by members is intended to be viewed by visitors to the site. This information is used by visitors for searching and matching purposes. Public information cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, etc (except photograph, posting of which is voluntary).This information is visible for all the users of the site
Private: We primarily use member's email addresses to verify enrollment and to send system emails on behalf of other members. Email addresses are not disclosed to members. We may also use user's email address to send news regarding our site, but the users may choose not to receive such emails by unsubscribing. Email addresses may also be used in private correspondence with the user for customer service issues. All private information can be updated or deleted by the user at any time. For Gold account members we collect credit card, address, or bank information only from those who choose to pay for a Gold account. Credit card numbers are only used during real time authorization/billing and all transmissions over the Internet are encrypted via industry standard SSL. This aim of this service is to bring together compatible Knanaya singles. However, anyone on the Internet can search our profiles or sign up for a standard free account and use all standard member features at no charge. . Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. All other private information submitted by the user is confidential and is not disclosed except as required by government or law enforcement agencies or to protect members of KnanayaMATCHES.com
Confidential: This information is mandatory and it helps the webmaster to verify the Knanaya authenticity of the user. This information is not displayed in the user's profile for other member's to view. Confidential Information is absolutely not shared with any member or third party or agency unless required by Law.
SURVEYS & CONTESTS: Contact and other information collected for contests are used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information collected is used to monitor or improve the site usage experience.
3) With Whom We Share your Info
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable or private information about you to any third party without your consent.
4) Your Use of Other's Member's Information
Our services also include access to private emails, instant messaging and chat rooms. As a member you have access to the Member's ID No., and you might gain access to other contact information of the Member(s) through the regular use of the instant messaging and chat rooms. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other Members' personally identifiable information that you obtain through instant messaging communication, the chat rooms and email, GL Next Inc. hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) GL Next Inc., related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose that such member expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give Members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another member to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other member after adequate disclosure. GL Next Inc., do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a KnanayaMATCHES.com member to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express written consent after adequate disclosure. 5) Security of your personal info

6) Control of Your Personal Information
Members have full control over any information they submit to this site. The member's profile can be edited, deleted, or hidden at anytime by logging in with the username and password and clicking the "Update profile" link. The member's private information can be modified at anytime via the same process above, by selecting the "edit my profile" link. The only exception to the above is information a member submits on our payment forms. This is not editable by members because we need to keep a static record of all transactions.
If you have chosen to receive information from KnanayaMATCHES.com and then at a later date decide you do not wish to continue receiving such information, you can unsubscribe clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided at the end of the email. There you can choose to be removed from our list. You can also choose to deactivate your account from your member home page. This will also have the effect of removing you from all mailings.
